He loves quiche. I am not a huge fan of quiche Lorraine, the traditional quiche, but I love other version of quiches. Recently I cooked a asparagus tart (sorry I forgot to take a picture and when I thought about it, it was all gone 😉 )
So in the asparagus tart you puree the end of the asparagus with the heavy cream to make the “appareil”. I got inspired and thought about doing something with tomatoes. But tomatoes are very watery so not a good idea, unless I wanted something very flaky. Anyway, I looked online recipes and couldn’t find a “red quiche” so I decided to create my own.
